What are your main operating hours?

General operating hours are between 9am and 6pm. Depending on the booking day and time we will be available on an acquired time basis.

Is parking available at the studio?
Ample free parking is available on site. Please contact us if there is a requirement for more than 4 cars.

What is the studio access like?
The studio has step free access from the car park.

What equipment is included in the studio hire?
Paper Backdrops
Mobile wall
Light stands
2x Soft boxes
2x Studio flash heads with trigger
2x RGBWW led panels .

Do you also offer other equipment for hire?
Yes we have a wide range of equipment. You can view the items and pricing here.


Is there natural daylight in the studio?
We have limited natural light, however, there is a window, and door located near the entrance as well as skylights in the roof. You can adjust your artificial lighting accordingly and we provide a wide variety of lighting options to facilitate your needs.

Is this a blackout studio?
Yes the studio can be blacked out on request

Do you have a dressing room available and an area allocated for hair and makeup?
Yes, we do have a section allocated for hair and makeup this included a mirror and table for set up. We do not have a separate changing room however, we can create a private partitioned section if required on the day. In addition, feel free to bring along a portable changing booth as there is enough space in the studio area.

Will there be any help to set up the lighting, ongoing support and breakdown sets?
There will always be a member of our team present in the building to meet and greet you and your team and aid in the event of any technical issues. You and your crew are expected to work autonomously, manage your shoot, be competent with using all the equipment used, and work in a studio environment safely.

Are you studios soundproofed?
The studio is not soundproofed but but measures have been taken to acoustically treat the studio to reduce acoustic reflections as much as possible.

Can I hire a photographer, videographer or assistant for my session?
Absolutely, we have experienced photographers and videographers that can be provided for your project. Assistants for sessions may be limited however we can provide further details on where you can book if you require additional help. Please let us know your requirements, and we’ll provide a competitive quote.

Is food or drink permitted at the studio?
We asked that any catered food should be cold, we can allow hot and cold beverages but these should be kept away from equipment and the dressing area.

Can I book your studios for less than half a day?
Yes you can book the studio for a minimum of 2hrs.

What if I need longer in the studio than booked initially?
If you need overtime, please discuss this with the studio manager via the contact telephone number. As long as there isn’t a booking straight after yours, we would not have a problem with you continuing your booking at the overtime rate. Details of the additional costs can be provided during booking.

Can I take a look at the studio before booking?
We do have sufficient images on your website however we would be happy to show you the studios, please call to request a tour.
